These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Review, operated by You Tech Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

We provide tools for collecting customer feedback, creating review-card pages, generating AI-assisted review drafts and responses, and connecting supported business features, including Google Business Profile where authorized.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Business information you provide must be accurate and you must have the authority to manage the business and connected services.

3. Google Business Profile Authorization

You may connect Google Business Profile only if you are authorized to manage the relevant Business Profile. By connecting it, you authorize our application to access the Google data and perform the Google Business Profile actions shown in the consent flow and enabled in your account. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reviews and responses are suggestions generated from information supplied to the service. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for ensuring that it accurately represents a real customer experience. You must not use the service to create false, misleading, deceptive, or fabricated reviews.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not submit content that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, systems, or data.
• Do not misuse Google Business Profile or violate Google's applicable policies.

6. Customer Content

You retain responsibility for content submitted by you or your customers. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the requested service.

7. Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party services such as Google and AI infrastructure providers. Their availability, policies, and requirements may change independently of us.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

10. Disclaimer

The service and AI-generated content are provided subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for final content and actions taken through your account.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
