This Privacy Policy explains how AI Review, operated by You Tech Solutions, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when creating an account or business profile, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, review-card information, and content you submit.
When you connect Google Business Profile, we may receive Google account and Business Profile information that you authorize through Google's OAuth consent screen, including information needed to identify the authorized Business Profile account, locations, reviews, and related data required for the features you enable.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate our review-card and business-management features.
- To generate AI-assisted review drafts and review responses based on information you or your customers provide.
- To synchronize Google Business Profile reviews when you authorize that feature.
- To provide customer support, security, fraud prevention, and service improvements.
3. Google Business Profile Data
If you choose to connect Google Business Profile, access is provided only after you authorize the requested Google permissions. We use the authorized data only to provide the features you request, such as viewing/synchronizing reviews and preparing or publishing review responses when you have enabled and authorized that functionality.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. Access to Google data is limited to the functionality necessary to provide the requested service.
4. AI Processing
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate suggested review text or responses. Information needed for the requested AI feature may be processed by our AI service provider. AI-generated content is presented as a suggestion and should be reviewed by the business before use unless an explicitly authorized automatic-response feature has been enabled.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are intended to be stored securely and access is limited to authorized systems and personnel. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We may use service providers that help us operate hosting, databases, email, AI processing, analytics, and related infrastructure. We share only information reasonably necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
7. Google Access Revocation
You can disconnect Google Business Profile from your AI Review account when the feature is available. You can also revoke the application's Google account access from your Google Account security settings. After revocation, we will no longer be able to use the revoked authorization to access Google data.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or applicable personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
